With more than 20 years of accounting and financial management experience, Priscilla Thomasevich, CPA serves as the Financial Executive Officer of Build With TCI. Priscilla oversees financial operations, project budgeting, and cost management, ensuring every project is handled with accuracy, transparency, and fiscal responsibility. Her background in construction accounting provides clients with confidence that each project is financially organized from start to finish.

With extensive hands-on experience and deep roots in Delray Beach, Florida Brandon brings years of project knowledge to the estimating process. He specializes in accurate cost analysis, bid preparation, and scope development for residential and commercial projects. With a strong understanding of local building codes, subcontractor markets, and regional pricing trends, he ensures competitive, precise estimates that support successful project delivery from concept to completion. Brandon lives in Delray Beach, Florida, with his wife Lindsay and their two fur-babies. When he is not working, Brandon likes to travel, and spend time with his family.
Accounts ManagementKristi Reardon
A seasoned Accounts Manager with years of experience in construction accounting, bringing strong financial oversight and operational support to every project. Native to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, our accounting department offers in-depth knowledge of local markets while managing budgeting, job costing, payables, receivables, and financial reporting with accuracy and integrity. Our construction-focused expertise ensures projects stay financially organized, compliant, and positioned for long-term success. Kristi lives in Wellington, Florida with her partner and two children. Kristi attended St Michaels College, where she played Ice Hockey for the Purple Knights and continues to enjoy playing regularly on a local team.

A highly experienced Construction Project Manager with years of proven success overseeing residential and commercial projects throughout Palm Beach County. Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control, Nick has led many projects from pre-construction through completion with precision and accountability. Nick helps to deliver projects on time, on budget, and built to the highest standards. Nick comes to us from Winter Park, Florida, where he started his construction career as a superintendent on many local projects. Nick graduated from FSU in 2012 with a bachelor’s degree in international business and holds his own General Contractors License. Nick moved to West Palm Beach in 2017 with his wife Heather, their two children, and their dog. When Nick isn’t keeping up with the latest in construction you can find him outdoors with his family or traveling to new places.

Carlos is knowledgeable of Florida Building codes for residential and commercial construction. With a strong field background and supervision experience, he keeps our construction teams aligned and projects moving from groundwork to final completion. Carlos has many years of experience in luxury custom construction and his attention to detail is unsurpassed. Carlos lives in West Palm Beach, Fl with his wife and two children and loves spending time cooking and being with his family.
