As a licensed general contractor, Eli oversees each build with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Priscilla, a Certified Public Accountant with nearly two decades of experience in construction job costing, ensures every estimate is transparent, accurate, and value-driven.

Today, TCI is a respected full-service general contracting firm powered by a team of dedicated construction and logistics experts—project managers, site supervisors, craftsmen, and administrative professionals—who share a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
