Thomasevich Construction recently completed a full interior renovation of a 3,500 square foot single-family residence situated on a half-acre homesite in Westlake, Florida. The project transformed an existing home into a modern, highly functional living space designed for entertaining, comfort, and long-term livability.

The scope included a complete redesign of the kitchen, multiple bathrooms, main living areas, and the addition of a custom man cave. Rather than a cosmetic update, the renovation involved reworking floor plans, updating structural elements, modernizing mechanical systems, and upgrading finishes throughout the home.

The kitchen served as the centerpiece of the remodel. Thomasevich Construction opened the original layout to create a more spacious open-concept design connecting the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Walls were removed and structural modifications were coordinated to improve flow and sightlines across the living space.
