This project was carefully planned and executed to create a welcoming, functional, and professional medical office that supports both advanced eye care and innovative wellness services. From the initial planning stages through final completion, our team coordinated every aspect of construction to ensure the space met the highest standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship. The project included custom interior framing, drywall, flooring, electrical and plumbing coordination, HVAC modifications, lighting installation, custom millwork, painting, finish carpentry, and detailed finish work throughout the facility. Build With TCI managed the project from start to finish, delivering a turnkey space ready for occupancy.

The finished office features a clean, contemporary design with comfortable reception areas, patient examination rooms, treatment spaces, private consultation offices, and thoughtfully designed wellness areas that create an inviting experience from the moment patients arrive. Every detail was constructed to support the daily operations of a modern healthcare practice while providing a relaxing and professional atmosphere.
